The following documents below cannot be notarized at the library. Click each item for more details:
Notarizing documents related to the sale, transfer, or refinancing of real estate may be prohibited or require specialized notary licenses.
If the notary cannot read or understand the language in which the document is written, they cannot notarize it.
Please make sure that documents are complete and do not contain blank spaces.
We cannot notarize photographs or documents that are purely photographs.
Records such as birth/death certificates, and other official vital records cannot be notarized here.
Notaries cannot certify copies of public records such as marriage certificates, divorce decrees, or court-issued documents.
If all parties required to sign the document are not present, the notary cannot proceed.
