LMxAC is now STELLA!
LMxAC is evolving into STELLA to reflect its expanding network and enhanced services across Middlesex, Union, and Monmouth counties. With 43 member libraries and over 3.5 million items, STELLA offers shared library services and a robust digital collection including eBooks, eAudiobooks, and eMagazines. The transition brings a new website, updated app, and streamlined communication for patrons, ensuring easier access and improved service delivery.From the LMxAC site, here's what's to expect:
- The “LMxPress Plus” app will become the “STELLA” app. Current users will not need to download anything new—the app will upgrade to the newest version automatically.
- Email communications about automatic renewals, holds that are ready for pickup, late notices and more will come from STELLA
- If you utilize the phone notification system, future calls will come from STELLA
- Starting 6/20/2024, when signing in to Libby for eBooks, eAudiobooks and eMagazines, you will search for STELLA to locate your home library
